Appointed by Governor John Spellman in Aug. 1983 and elected in Sept.1983. General Jurisdiction judge hearing criminal and civil matters of unlimited jurisdiction. Recipient: Judge of the Year Award, WSTLA; President's Award, WWL; Distinguished Service Award, Judicial Education Leadership Institute.
